High octane octogenarian Jacques Monier is not about to slow down. Though he recently turned 80 he’s still leading the fast group on PV-SB hikes, as he has for decades. On Dec. 2 the  Group celebrated his birthday with a hike around Palos Verdes and lunch at the Red Onion.
