Paul Rosenberger is receiving the Special Service Award, for continuing excellence in publicizing the activities of the Palos Verdes-South Bay (PV-SB) Regional Group.

The PV-SB Group is AGAIN receiving the Membership & Fundraising Service Certificate for recruiting more new Sierra Club members in 2017 than any other entity in the Angeles Chapter.  Bill Lavoie has been the leader in this outreach, especially at public events, assisted by several people, especially Frank Atkin and Kevin Schlunegger.
